On December 19, 2025, the school’s "Red Class" selection event concluded successfully at the Music Hall. The "Philosophical Dream-Building Class" (Philosophy 232) and the "Red Archives Class" (Archival Studies 232) from our school stood out with their solid class development achievements and outstanding on-site presentations, securing first and second place respectively in the university-wide competition and earning the prestigious "Red Class" title.

Philosophical Dream-Building Class

"Diligent in Learning, Determined in Action, United in Spirit"—Philosophy 232 adopted a role-playing format in their presentation, engaging in a dialogue with Li Dazhao, China’s first Marxist, vividly showcasing the class’s achievements in ideological guidance, organizational development, academic research, and social practice.

Since its establishment, Philosophy 232 has consistently focused on inheriting the "red gene." Guided by the "one core, two cycles" development philosophy, the class regularly organizes group activities, red-themed study tours, and shared reading of classics, solidifying the foundation of revolutionary faith. It has been honored as an "Advanced Class" and a "May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Branch." Academically, the class pursues excellence with dedication, with students winning National Scholarships and National Encouragement Scholarships, as well as national and provincial awards in competitions such as the "Challenge Cup" and the "China International College Students’ Innovation Competition." Emphasizing practical education, the class organizes distinctive activities like red-themed script murder games and creative scrapbooking, while visits to revolutionary landmarks deepen their understanding of revolutionary spirit, making red culture resonate widely. The class exemplifies responsibility through youthful action, fully demonstrating the cohesion and vitality of a red class in the new era.

Red Archives Class

"Red Archives Forge the Soul, Illuminating a New Journey"—Archival Studies 232 began their presentation with a situational drama and concluded with a choral recitation, creatively interpreting red stories through the lens of Fang Zhimin’s spirit and comprehensively showcasing the class’s achievements in ideological guidance, academic development, class building, and social practice.

Archival Studies 232 has always been guided by the spirit of Fang Zhimin, adopting a "one body, two cycles" class-building model to deliver outstanding results in red education. In ideological guidance, the class strengthens its faith through diverse activities such as visits to revolutionary landmarks, research report writing, managing a class public account, and hosting red-themed archival cultural creation competitions. It has repeatedly been recognized as an "Advanced Class" and a "May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Branch." In academic development, the class holds reading-sharing sessions and establishes peer support groups, fostering a culture of learning. Students have collectively won two national awards and 17 provincial awards in competitions such as the "Challenge Cup," the "China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition," and the "National Business Elite Challenge." Through internships at archives totaling over 1,000 hours, their social practice achievements have been featured in media reports at various levels. Leveraging their professional expertise to preserve red memories, the class exemplifies the responsibility of youth in the new era.

This achievement vividly demonstrates how humanities students inherit the red gene and achieve tangible results in education. Moving forward, the school will continue to use the "Red Class" initiative as a key platform, leveraging its exemplary role to deepen red culture education practices. By fostering revolutionary faith in the hearts of young students and interpreting red heritage through youthful energy, we will write a new chapter in education with practical action and responsibility. Congratulations to the winning classes, and cheers to the enduring spirit of red heritage!
