Liu Xiaochuan

Liu Xiaochuan, Male, Han Ethnicity, Native of Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. He began working at the university in July 2002 and is currently an Associate Professor. He was admitted to the Chinese Department of Nanchang University in 1995, obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999, and was exempted from entrance examinations to pursue a Master's degree in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics at the same department that same year. After receiving his Master's degree in 2002, he has remained at the university as a faculty member. He earned his Ph.D. in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Central China Normal University in 2016. He is currently a faculty member in the Department of Chinese, School of Humanities, and serves as the Vice Dean of the School of Humanities (responsible for undergraduate teaching). He is a member of the Chinese Language Society.
