Zhang Gonggong, male, Han ethnicity, from Suichuan, Jiangxi Province, joined the university in May 2011. He holds a Ph.D. in Literature and has worked in editing and publishing for fifteen years. In 2009, he was conferred the professional title of Senior Editor (full senior level). He currently serves as a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, School of Humanities, Nanchang University. He is also a guest editor-in-chief of the journal Creation Review Talk (《创作评谭》) published by the Jiangxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and a member of the Expert Committee for Book, Newspaper, and Periodical Review under the Press and Publication Bureau of the Jiangxi Provincial Propaganda Department.
