Chai Dong, male, Han nationality, native of Hejin, Shanxi Province. He joined the university in November 2022 and currently holds the position of Lecturer. He graduated from the Division of Oriental History, Tohoku University, Japan in 2022, with a Doctor of Arts degree.

Main Research Fields and Directions:

History of the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, Sui and Tang Dynasties, with a particular focus on ritual titles, abdication revolutions and the imperial system during this period.
