Dang Binbin, female, Han nationality, native of Guangxi. She joined the university in October 2019 and currently holds the position of lecturer. She obtained her Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Department of Precision Instruments and Mechanology, Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree as her second major from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Tsinghua University. She pursued her postgraduate studies in Science and Technology Journalism at Texas A&M University in the United States and earned a Master of Science degree. She worked at the Yale-China Chinese Language Centre of The Chinese University of Hong Kong for 14 years, where she taught various types of Chinese as a foreign language courses. Presently, she is a faculty member of the Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL) program, Department of Chinese Language and Literature, School of Humanities, Nanchang University.

Main Research Fields and Directions：

Research on various cross-cultural communication phenomena; practice of online teaching in international Chinese education; studies on Chinese and foreign fantasy novels and cultural values; and strategies for the international promotion of Chinese language education.
