Du Jigang

Du Jigang, male, Han ethnicity, from Lanling, Shandong Province, joined the university in July 2005. He earned his Ph.D. from Sichuan University and is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at the School of Humanities, Nanchang University. He is recognized as one of the seventh batch of young and middle-aged backbone teachers in Jiangxi Province and serves as Vice President of the Comparative Literature and Cross-Cultural Studies Committee of the Jiangxi Literary and Art Society.

European and American literature; comparative literature theory; Sino-Western comparative poetics; history of modern Chinese literary criticism.
