.Xu Caixia, female, Han ethnicity, was born in Fengxin County, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. She joined the university in April 1993 and is currently a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, School of Humanities, Nanchang University. She holds a doctoral degree from Central China Normal University.She has taught Chinese and trained local Chinese teachers in Spain, the United States, Japan, Mexico, Indonesia and Costa Rica. She is a member of the Chinese Language Expert Database of the Center for Language Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education, an interviewer for the International Chinese Language Teacher Qualification Examination, an interviewer for the selection examination of publicly dispatched Chinese teachers, and a national Putonghua proficiency tester.
