Shang Tian, male, Han ethnicity, native of Tangshan City, Hebei Province. He joined the 

university as a faculty member in September 2003 and currently holds the position of Lecturer. He earned a Master’s degree in History from Nanchang University in 2003 and a Ph.D. in Economics from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 2014.
