Zhao Wei, male, Han ethnicity, native of Yuci, Shanxi. He joined the university as a faculty member in July 2021 and currently holds the position of Lecturer and Master’s Supervisor in Chinese History. He earned his Ph.D. in Chinese History from Yuelu Academy, Hunan University in 2021, during which he participated in a joint training program at the National University of Singapore.

  Primary Research Fields and Interests:

  His research primarily focuses on the history and culture of academies (shuyuan), as well as academy archives and documents. He also engages in the history of education and intellectual-cultural history during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
