Xu Qiuzhen, male, born in 1963, is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and a native of Dongxiang, Jiangxi. He is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the Department of History, School of Humanities, and serves as the Director of the Key Research Base for Humanities and Social Sciences in Jiangxi Universities—the Institute of Cultural Resources and Industry at Nanchang University. He graduated from Jiangxi University in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in History. He has held various leadership positions, including Deputy Party Secretary of Nanchang University, and Deputy Party Secretary and President of Nanchang Normal University. Concurrently, he holds the roles of Director of the Jiangxi United Front History Research Center and Executive Council Member of the Jiangxi Society of Chinese Communist Party History.

  Major Academic Achievements and Awards:

He has edited and published 4 monographs and authored over 20 academic papers in professional journals. As the principal investigator, he has led and completed one National Social Science Fund General Project and nearly 10 key and general projects at the provincial and ministerial levels. He has also participated in one National Social Science Fund Major Project. He has received the National Outstanding Achievement Award for United Front Theory Research.
