Luo Baoyong, female, Han ethnicity, native of Huoqiu, Anhui. She joined the university in October 2014 and holds a Ph.D. degree. She is currently an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor. Recognized as an “Outstanding Class Advisor” for undergraduates at Nanchang University, she has received the honor of “Excellent Undergraduate Class Advisor” multiple times.

  She has led and completed one National Social Science Fund project and six provincial-level projects (including one key project). She has also participated in nearly ten ministerial and provincial-level research projects. She has published over 40 academic papers in journals such as Archival Science Research, Archival Science Bulletin, Archives & Construction, and Beijing Archives, with one paper fully reprinted by Archival Sciencein Renmin University Copying Materials. She has authored two academic monographs: A Study of the Archives of the Frontier Affairs Ministers of Sichuan and Yunnan in the Late Qing Dynastyand Research on Archival Public Services and Their Implementation Mechanisms from the Perspective of Social Media. Additionally, she has contributed to the compilation of works such as Document Processing and Archives Management.
