  Cheng Danggen, male, Han ethnicity, native of Fengcheng, Jiangxi. He joined the university in April 2005 and currently holds the position of Full Professor. He earned his Ph.D. in Foreign Philosophy from the Department of Philosophy, School of Humanities, Zhejiang University in 2004. He currently works in the Department of Philosophy, School of Humanities, and serves as a Council Member of the Chinese Society for Modern Foreign Philosophy.

  1.Sole-authored monograph Nomadic Thought and Nomadic Political Experiments: A Study of Deleuze's Postmodern Philosophywon the Second Prize in the 14th Jiangxi Provincial Outstanding Achievement Award in Social Sciences in October 2011.

  2."An Analysis of Deleuze's Influence on the Formation of Foucault's Philosophical Thought" won the Third Prize for Outstanding Student Achievements from the Dong Shi Foundation for Literature, History, and Philosophy Research at Zhejiang University in 2004.
