Hu Xiao'an, male, Han ethnicity, born in June 1973, native of Xiajiang County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province. He joined the university in June 2006 and currently holds the position of Associate Professor. He is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Science and Technology from Wuhan University in 2006.
